Jonas Lauren Norr is the Crest Resources Founder and Managing Partner. He is a board-certified corporate and estate attorney with over two decades of expertise managing complex business transactions, trusts, estates, charitable foundations, and family matters. Such experience has enabled him to successfully represent clients in a wide range of High-Value Transactions and Family Law Matters.
Mr. Norr holds a B.S. in International Relations from Miami University, Oxford University, Ohio (1983); a J.D., Law Degree from University of Southern California School of Law, Los Angeles (1985); and an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (2000). Mr’s resume.
In addition to representing Crest Resources in the negotiation of the Bridge Loan facility, Mr. Norr serves as Director of Crest Resources and its subsidiary companies; Chairman of Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc.; a member of the Board of Directors for Vital Health Technologies Inc., Geon Clean Energy Solutions Inc., Pro-Merger Corp., and Crest Resources Inc.; a Director of Tioga Energy Corp.; and an Advisory Board Member for Cox Knowles School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Mr. Norr is also active in the community and charitable affairs, having served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the Los Angeles Coffee Industry Foundation, and the Pasadena Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the UCLA School of Law and on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Council of Lost Boys and Girls Foundation.
Mr. Norr is a frequent lecturer on the subjects of High-Value Transactions and Estate Planning in addition to serving on numerous Board of Directors in multiple industries, including the Cox Knowles School of Business at the University of Southern California, and is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association and more.
