It is a specialist property development company that manages pre-let residential properties. The Group operates throughout the UK, providing strategic and management services to its residential clientele. C&C Alpha has offices in London, Dubai, London, and Hong Kong, with more than 30 staff.

Philanthropy
His recent contribution includes support for the London Academy of Diplomacy (LAD), a new center of learning and research at the University of London. He has also set up a scholarship program to benefit student nurses in India through a donation of £5 million.
Bhanu Choudhrie is also keen to encourage entrepreneurship and has sponsored the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Europe’s premier business competition for young people who have launched their businesses.
