Early Life & Education
Raffaele Riva was born in Naples, Italy. His father is an architect, and his mother runs a big fashion boutique. Although Raffaele wanted to become a lawyer, he decided to do something different and chose real estate development instead.
He studied at the University of Naples, earning a degree in Architecture, Urban Planning and Environmental Design. He then joined The Bronx Design School in Manhattan as an exchange student. He stayed in New York for two years before returning to Italy to join his father’s architectural firm.
A few years later Raffaele Riva set out to develop projects on his own. He started by developing a luxury condominium project with an Italian prominent businessman. Although this was the first large development project that he handled, it quickly led to another major contract on his own.
He has worked hard to successfully expand and manage the company that he founded: Aurea Multi Family Group , which specializes in developing premium housing communities.
